ERP
One operation, one book.
When your sales team, your buyers and your stores each keep their own numbers, month-end turns into an argument about whose spreadsheet is right. Darcio ERP puts the operation on one set of books: you raise an order once, and stock, commitments and reporting all move with it.
It is built around how mid-sized businesses in India and the GCC actually run, rather than a trimmed-down version of something designed for another market. Where the finance side sits — whether it replaces your accounting software or feeds it — is something we scope with you rather than assume, and you will find it marked as being confirmed in the specification below.
IWho it is for
Who it is for
- Operations that have outgrown disconnected tools stitched together with exports
- Businesses where sales, purchasing and stores need to see the same truth
- Owners tired of reconciling three versions of the same number
IIHow it works
The basic workflow, end to end.
How ERP works
- Step 01
Raise
You raise a sales or purchase order once, on the shared record, and everyone downstream works from that same document.
- Step 02
Approve
It goes to whoever actually holds the authority to approve it, and it only becomes a commitment once they do.
- Step 03
Procure
Your buyers plan against real commitments, with each supplier's rate and delivery history in front of them when they order.
- Step 04
Receive
Goods are received against the order, so your stock balance changes because something physically arrived, not because someone typed it in.
- Step 05
Fulfil
Dispatch and delivery are tracked against the same order, so your sales team and your stores are reading one status instead of calling each other.
- Step 06
Report
Your reports come off the record itself, which is why the numbers agree — every department drew them from the same place.
IIIThe problems it retires
Problems it solves and what they cost
Each department keeps its own records
What it costs · Reconciliation eats days, and the versions never fully agree
Commitments are invisible until they land
What it costs · Cash surprises — purchase orders nobody rolled up into one view
Reporting is assembled by hand
What it costs · By the time the report is ready, it describes last month

VIQuestions, answered plainly
Frequently asked questions
Does the finance module replace our accounting software?
This is the exact question we are confirming with the product team before publishing an answer — whether the ERP replaces existing accounting software or feeds it. Until that is on the record here, ask us directly and we will scope it for your case.
How is the ERP priced?
As a one-time licence with an annual maintenance contract (AMC). You pay once for the system, then a yearly amount that keeps it maintained, supported and current. No per-seat metering.
What does the annual maintenance contract cover?
Ongoing maintenance, support and updates for the system you licensed. The exact inclusions are being written up — the principle is that the AMC keeps your system healthy, it does not hold it hostage.
Who implements it?
Saiga Technologies, the operating company of Darcio Labs. Every engagement runs the same way: discovery, implementation, training, and a proper handover with the licence in your name.
