The terms ofthis site.

This is an informational website. Nothing published on it is an offer, a quotation or a contract — including the product pages, where a good deal is still openly marked “to be confirmed”.

Draft — not yet binding

TBC

This page is a draft, written so that a lawyer has something accurate to review. It has not been reviewed yet and it is not binding on anyone. The entity behind it, the governing law, the jurisdiction and the publication date are all still to be confirmed — and are marked as such below rather than filled in with something plausible.

01What this site is

Information,
not an agreement.

This site exists so you can understand what Darcio Labs and Saiga Technologies build before you talk to us. Reading it creates no agreement between us. Anything we actually commit to arrives in writing, signed, after a conversation — not as a page you scrolled past.

What it is

  • A description of ten business systems and how they are sold
  • An account of how Saiga Technologies runs an engagement
  • A way to start a conversation by requesting a demo

What it is not

  • A quotation, a price list or a binding offer
  • A contract, or any part of one
  • A specification you can hold a delivered system against
  • Professional advice about your business

02Accuracy

Descriptions are
subject to confirmation.

The product pages describe what each system is intended to do. Where a detail has not been verified, the page marks it “to be confirmed” instead of guessing — you will see that mark across the site, and it means exactly what it says. Features, scope, availability and commercial terms can all change as a system is built and as a proposal is scoped against your operation.

So take nothing here as a specification. If a particular capability matters to your decision, ask us and get the answer in the proposal, where it can be relied on. That is also the honest reading of the case we make for this house: we would rather publish a gap than a claim we cannot stand behind.

03The content

The words and marks
are ours.

The text, layout, design, logos and product names on this site belong to Darcio Labs, or are used by us with permission. Read it, share a link to it, quote it with attribution — all fine. Copying it wholesale, republishing it as your own, or using our name or marks in a way that implies we endorse you is not.

This clause is about the website. What you own when you buy a system is a separate matter, settled in the licence and set out in plain terms on the registry.

Links to other sites

Where this site links somewhere else, that is a pointer, not an endorsement. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for what they publish or how they handle your data, and a link does not mean we have vetted them.

When you send us something

The demo request form is the only place this site accepts input. Please send accurate details and only information you are entitled to share — it arrives as an email that a person reads. What happens to it after that is set out in the privacy policy.

04Availability

The site is published
as it is.

We take care with what goes up here and we mark what is unconfirmed, but we do not promise that every page is complete, current or free of error, or that the site is always reachable. Pages change as systems are built and as facts are confirmed.

Decisions that cost money should rest on a written proposal and a signed agreement, not on a marketing page. That is a fair standard to hold any vendor to, including us.

05Still to be confirmed

The parts a lawyer
has to settle.

Governing law and jurisdiction are the two clauses no honest draft should invent, so they are open here alongside the entity details. Each one is filled in when it is confirmed, and not before.
