A future where every growing business in India and the GCC runs on software it owns outright.
Systems that get better every year through active maintenance — not systems that get switched off the moment a subscription lapses.
Darcio Labs is the company behind Saiga Technologies — the team that designs, builds and supports every product in our registry. We exist because too many growing businesses in India and the Gulf were being asked to rent the tools they run their operations on, forever, with the price going up every year and the data locked behind someone else's login.

01What we stand for
Systems that get better every year through active maintenance — not systems that get switched off the moment a subscription lapses.
CRM, ERP, HRMS and more, with a transparent annual maintenance contract, so operators can plan costs like they plan any other capital purchase — not like an open-ended rental.
We call ourselves a profitability partner, not a software vendor, because our commercial success is tied to your operational outcome, not your subscription tenure. An AMC only gets renewed if the system is still worth maintaining — which means we have to keep earning that renewal with real support, real fixes and real improvements, not lock-in.
02How we're built
Darcio Labs is the parent company. Saiga Technologies is the engineering team that designs, ships and maintains every product you'll find in our registry.
When you buy a Darcio product, Saiga is the team on the other end of your support ticket — the same people who built it. There is no outsourced maintenance layer and no reseller in between. Every engagement runs the same four stages, in the same order, ending with the licence in your name.
We sit with the people who do the work and write down how the operation actually runs — not how the org chart says it does.
The system is configured against that record, loaded with your data, and tested against your real cases before anyone is asked to rely on it.
Every role that touches the system is trained on their part of it, with reference material that stays behind when we leave.
You take the keys: licences in your name, data in your control, and an annual maintenance contract that keeps it maintained — not hostage.
03Where we operate
We build for two markets we understand well. That focus shapes everything from compliance defaults to payment norms — we are not trying to be everything to every market, only exactly right for these.
That focus shapes everything from our pricing currencies to our compliance defaults to the languages our interfaces support. We are not trying to be everything to every market; we are trying to be exactly right for these two.
04Meet the founders
Darcio Labs was started by four people who had each spent long enough inside other companies' software to know what they wanted to build differently. Between them they cover the whole arc — the product, the engineering behind it, how it reaches a business, and what happens to that customer afterwards.
Co-founder & Chief Executive Officer
Sreelal set the terms Darcio Labs trades on: you buy the software once, and you actually own it.
That position is unusual enough in this industry that it has to be defended, and defending it is most of the job — deciding what gets built, how it gets priced, and which deals get turned down because they would quietly turn a licence back into rent.
An engineer by training and a second-time founder, he had already co-founded LAOZ Global Assets before starting Darcio Labs. Seven years in, his instinct runs to the operational detail most software skips: what a business actually does on a Tuesday afternoon, and where the current system makes them do it twice. Closing that gap is what the ten systems in the registry are for.
Co-founder & Chief Technology Officer
Varun owns what the software does once it is running — the architecture behind the registry, and the standard every system in it is held to.
He came to Darcio Labs from IBS, a software company operating out of both Technopark and Infopark — Kerala's two major technology campuses, and the closest thing the state has to a proving ground for product engineering. It is an environment where software is judged on whether it holds up under real operational load rather than on whether it demos well, and that is the bar he brought with him.
Ten systems built to one engineering standard is harder than ten built to their own, and it is the reason a customer can run the CRM and the ERP and have the numbers agree. His remit runs from architecture through to what ships: how the products are built, how they are maintained under an AMC rather than abandoned at handover, and how a licence someone bought outright keeps running long after they stop renewing.
Co-founder & Chief Revenue Officer
Rashid has spent sixteen years on the other side of the table — the consultant brought in after the software was already bought.
That is a useful place to have stood. He has seen what goes wrong when an ERP is sold against a feature list and implemented against an org chart instead of an operation, and he sells against that experience: scoping what a business actually needs before anyone quotes it, and saying so when a system is not the right fit.
He owns revenue across India and the GCC — how the suite is taken to market, priced and positioned, and how an engagement is scoped so that what was promised in the room is what gets delivered. A background in business consulting and ERP systems, including time on the team at Business Kerala — the association network behind a programme of B2B expos and business summits across the state — is why the commercial conversation here starts with the operation rather than the licence.
Co-founder & VP, Marketing
Srijith is the force behind how Darcio Labs shows up in the world — and how every customer who meets the brand ends up staying for the long haul.
Fifteen years spanning marketing, sales and customer operations across hospitality, healthcare, EdTech and automotive gave him a rare mix: a strategist's eye for growth and an operator's discipline for execution. He has led sales teams, managed high-value key accounts, built brand partnerships from scratch and run customer success across fast-moving sectors — most recently owning end-to-end marketing strategy for an automotive dealership business.
Here he owns three areas that make or break early-stage companies. Marketing: go-to-market strategy, brand, and campaigns across ATL, BTL and digital — measured on pipeline rather than impressions. Customer Lifecycle Management: not just deploying CRM, but re-engineering the workflows behind it so no customer falls through the cracks. And People & Culture: attracting, hiring and growing the team against clear expectations and consistent follow-through.
The model, in plain English
Most business software today is priced as an endless rental: monthly fees that scale with your headcount, features you lose the day you stop paying, and data that isn't fully yours to walk away with.
Our model is different. You pay a one-time licence fee for the software itself, and a separate, transparent annual maintenance contract — an AMC — that covers updates, support and fixes. When the AMC year ends, the software you already paid for keeps running. You're not locked out. That's the whole idea behind software worth owning.
A note on accuracy
Nothing here claims a client, a count, a testimonial or a statistic — because none has been verified.
Where a fact is unknown the page says so plainly. Details we could not confirm appear as “to be confirmed” rather than as claims, and unfinished pages are held out of search rather than padded with invented wording.
Ready when you are
Tell us how your operation runs today. We will tell you honestly which of the ten systems fits — and which facts we are still confirming.
