One thing: what you type into the demo request form. It is emailed to us and that is the end of it. No cookies, no analytics, no database, nothing following you from page to page.
Draft — not yet binding
TBCThis page is a draft, written so that a lawyer has something accurate to review. It has not been reviewed yet, it is not a binding legal notice, and the entity details, applicable law and publication date are all still to be confirmed. What it does do is describe the website exactly as it is built today — every statement below is true of the code running this site.
01What is collected
There is one form,
and nothing else.
The only place this website takes personal data is the demo request form on the book a demo page. There is no account system, no login, no checkout and no newsletter. If you read the site without submitting that form, you hand over nothing at all.

The form also carries one hidden field that you will never see or fill in. It is a honeypot: automated submitters fill in every field they find, so anything arriving with that one completed is discarded and never sent on. It is spam prevention, and it collects nothing about you.
02Where it goes
Into an inbox,
not into a database.
When you submit the form, the site sends those five fields straight out as an email to a Darcio Labs inbox. This website does not write them to a database, because it does not have one. There is no stored record here to be queried, exported or breached.
Resend delivers the mail
Delivery runs through Resend, a third-party email provider. Your submission passes through their service on the way to us, which means it is handled under their terms as well as ours. They are the only third party that sees the contents of a demo request.
Then a person reads it
After that it is an email in a mailbox, read and replied to by someone at Darcio Labs. It is not fed into a marketing sequence, it is not enriched against other sources, and it is not passed to anyone else. If you ask a question, the answer comes from a person.
03No cookies, no tracking
No banner, because
there is nothing to consent to.
This site sets no cookies. Not necessary ones, not analytics ones, not advertising ones — none. That is why you were never asked to accept anything on arrival. The pages are statically generated and the fonts are served from this site’s own domain, so simply reading the site makes no request to any third party.
What is not here

- Analytics of any kind, first-party or third-party
- Tracking pixels, session recording or heatmaps
- Advertising, retargeting or data brokers
- Accounts, logins or passwords
- Payments, card details or e-commerce
- A database — nothing you send is stored by this website
Server logs are the one exception
The site is hosted on Vercel, and Vercel keeps standard server request logs — the ordinary record any web host keeps of requests reaching it, such as the address a request came from and the page it asked for. That is infrastructure, not a product we have added on top, and we do not use those logs to build a profile of anyone or to follow visitors between pages.
04Asking for it back
Ask us to delete it
and we will.
Because a demo request only ever exists as an email, acting on a request about it is straightforward: we can tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete the thread. You do not need to cite a statute to ask. The address to write to is being confirmed along with the rest of our contact details — until it is published, the routes on the contact page are the ones we can stand behind.
We would rather leave the legal machinery of this page marked open than assert a regime, a regulator or a rights procedure that has not been checked. The same rule governs the whole site: where a fact is not confirmed, it says so.
