Our registered office sits in 55/1627, Ground Floor, Parakkottu Towers, Club Road, Kadavanthra, Kochi 682020, Kerala. Saiga Technologies, the engineering team behind every system in the registry, is run out of the same base — including engineering leadership that came up through Technopark and Infopark, Kerala's two major technology campuses.
Commercial leadership includes time on the team at Business Kerala, the association network behind a programme of B2B expos and business summits across the state — which is part of why the conversation here tends to start with the operation rather than the licence.

Do you build custom ERP software, or configure something off the shelf?
Both, depending on the fit. The ten systems in our registry are a shared platform, not a single rigid template — discovery is where we work out how much configuration your operation actually needs versus a from-scratch build, and we scope that honestly rather than defaulting to whichever is more billable.
Which industries in Kerala do you build for?
The registry spans sales and CRM, operations, HR, finance and a few industry-specific systems (including an FTO management system and a restaurant management system). Discovery is where we confirm whether your specific operation is a good fit — we would rather tell you it isn't than force a system to work.
How is pricing structured?
Nine of the ten systems are sold as a one-time licence plus an annual maintenance contract (AMC) — you pay once for the software, then a fixed yearly amount that keeps it maintained and supported. The Financial Dashboard is the one exception, sold as a subscription. Ask us for a number against your team size and you'll get one, or a straight answer about what's still being confirmed.
