Every system in the registry except the Financial Dashboard is sold as a one-time licence plus an annual maintenance contract, not a per-seat subscription. You pay once for the software, and a fixed AMC keeps it maintained — if you ever stop renewing, the system you already paid for keeps running.

Our office sits in 55/1627, Ground Floor, Parakkottu Towers, Club Road, Kadavanthra, Kochi 682020, Kerala. The engineering team behind every system in the registry is run out of the same base — including engineering leadership that came up through Technopark and Infopark, Kerala's two major technology campuses.
Commercial leadership includes time on the team at Business Kerala, the association network behind a programme of B2B expos and business summits across the state — which is part of why the conversation here tends to start with the operation rather than the licence.

Do you build custom ERP software, or configure something off the shelf?
Both, depending on the fit. The systems in our registry share one platform, Saiga, rather than being a single rigid template — discovery is where we work out how much configuration your operation actually needs versus a from-scratch build, and we scope that honestly rather than defaulting to whichever is more billable.
Which industries in Kerala do you build for?
The registry spans sales and CRM, operations, HR, finance and a few industry-specific systems (including an FTO management system and a restaurant management system). Discovery is where we confirm whether your specific operation is a good fit — we would rather tell you it isn't than force a system to work.
How is pricing structured?
Every system except the Financial Dashboard is sold as a one-time licence plus an annual maintenance contract (AMC) — you pay once for the software, then a fixed yearly amount that keeps it maintained and supported. The Financial Dashboard is the one exception, sold as a subscription. Pricing is scoped to your operation rather than published as a list — talk to us and you'll get a straight answer, including about what's still being confirmed.
Can I see the system running before committing?
Yes — book a demo and we'll walk you through the relevant system live, against a scenario close to your own operation, rather than a generic script.

Clients are named only with their agreement. Nothing here claims a count, a testimonial or a statistic — because none has been verified.
Where a fact is unknown the page says so plainly. Details we could not confirm appear as “to be confirmed” rather than as claims, and unfinished pages are held out of search rather than padded with invented wording.
