Run your flying school like an airline.

Students, hours, aircraft and instructors on one record: approval-ready from day one, and compliance visible every day after.

01The problem

Three ways the day goes wrong.

Running a flying training organisation means matching three scarce things every single day: a student who needs hours, an instructor who is available and current, and an aircraft that is free to fly. Get that wrong and the sortie doesn't happen, but the cost of the day does.

02Two paths

Where you are decides where you start.

Opening a new FTO?

Approval-ready from day one. ATLAS gives a new flying training organisation the records foundation it needs before its regulatory pre-approval inspection: student records and syllabus progression, flight scheduling and logging, aircraft records and fee tracking, kept the way they will be inspected.

Already flying?

Compliance visible daily, not discovered at audit. SABLE puts utilisation, money and compliance in one management view and holds briefing and flight authorisation on the record; VULCAN adds licence and hour tracking, compliance automation and the audit packs that come out of the operation as it runs.

How Saiga Aviation works

Step 1 of 6

Enrol

A student goes onto the record when they join, with the hours they need to reach in front of everyone who schedules them.

  • One record per student, from enrolment onward
  • Hours flown held against the student, not in a separate book
  • Progress toward the hours they need, visible without a manual count

07Proof

Who runs on it, named with their agreement.

No data, no screenshots, no testimonials we wrote. The name, what they do, and what we built for them.

08Questions

Answered plainly.

What is FTO management software?

Software that runs a flying training organisation's operation on one record: students and their syllabus progression, flight scheduling and logging, aircraft records and fees. Saiga Aviation is built for FTOs in India and the GCC and is sold to be owned outright, not rented per seat.

Is Saiga Aviation a flying school ERP?

Yes, in the sense that matters: one system for students, flights, aircraft, instructors, fees and reporting, instead of a scheduling tool, a logbook and an accounts package that never agree. ATLAS is the base. SABLE adds instructor rostering and HRMS, fuel and resource logistics, briefing and flight authorisation and a management dashboard. VULCAN adds utilisation analytics, licence and hour tracking, compliance automation and multi-base operation.

Does it work as a DGCA record keeping system?

The records an FTO keeps — students, hours, aircraft, authorisations — are held on one auditable record, and VULCAN produces audit packs from it. Which specific regulatory requirements each record satisfies is being confirmed and will be published in the records table on this page rather than claimed in advance. Ekvi Air, a DGCA-approved flying training organisation at Salem Airport, runs on it; a reference call is available on request.

How does flight training scheduling work in it?

Tomorrow's flying is built by matching a student, an available instructor and a free aircraft into one slot, on one board. The sortie flies against that booking, and the hours land on the student, the aircraft and the instructor at once, so what was planned and what flew are the same entry. Try it in the live sample on this page.

Which tier does a new FTO start on?

ATLAS: student records and syllabus progression, flight scheduling and logging, aircraft records and fee tracking, framed as the approval-ready records foundation a new FTO needs before its regulatory pre-approval inspection. An operating FTO usually starts on SABLE.

Does it cover ground school?

Ground school is still being confirmed. What is on the record today is the operation: students, hours, aircraft, instructors and fees, and from SABLE up, briefing and flight authorisation.

What does Saiga Aviation cost?

Tiers are described by scope, not by a price list. Tell us how the operation runs today and we will scope the tier against it. Talk to us, or book a demo.

Who delivers and supports it?

Darcio Labs, the team that built it, through five stages: Discovery, Blueprint, Build, UAT & training and Handover — ending with the licence in your name.
