SaigaServe · Restaurants
Front of house, kitchen, stock and the night's numbers on one record, whether you run one outlet or a franchise network.
01The problem
A restaurant runs on speed and margin, and loses both in the gaps between systems: the billing counter, the kitchen, the stock room and the accounts each keeping their own version of the same night.
02The tier ladder
Each tier is named for what it holds, letter by letter. There is no price list: tell us how the operation runs and we will scope the tier against it.
For single outlets.
For growing and multi-outlet groups.
For restaurant groups and franchises.
03Try it
Pick it up and run it. Nothing to sign up for; the figures are sample data, not a client's.

Service, front to back
Tap a free table to seat guests
Pick a table. The order pad, the kitchen ticket and the bill all come off the same record.
04Inside the system
Step through the day as your team would run it, then see what each part of the system holds.
Step 1 of 6
The outlet opens on a central menu and price list, so availability and rates are the same across every site you run.
05Proof
No data, no screenshots, no testimonials we wrote. The name, what they do, and what we built for them.

06Questions
EMBER: eat-in and takeaway, menu, billing, expenses and reports for one outlet. FLAME is for growing and multi-outlet groups; INFERNO is for restaurant groups and franchises.
FLAME adds multi-outlet operation on a central menu, with floor and kitchen, stock, a customer app and loyalty. INFERNO adds outlet-level P&L with winning-outlet rankings, a franchise and central-kitchen network, royalty and reseller tracking and the owner's dashboard, so ten outlets read like one kitchen.
This is being confirmed, and we know it is not a detail — it is dinner service. We will publish the confirmed answer here rather than an optimistic one.
Food-aggregator integrations are part of INFERNO. The list of aggregators is being confirmed with the product team and will be published here.
Nutrition and recipe costing is part of INFERNO. From EMBER up, consumption is read against your recipes and stock, so food cost stops drifting unnoticed.
Tiers are described by scope, not by a price list. Tell us how the operation runs today and we will scope the tier against it. Talk to us, or book a demo.
Darcio Labs, the team that built it, through five stages: Discovery, Blueprint, Build, UAT & training and Handover — ending with the licence in your name.
Ready when you are
Tell us how many outlets you run and how service works today, and we will scope the tier against it, on your menu, not a generic one.
